Sales Terms

Payment Terms

For new customers, the standard payment term is Advance Payment. After maintaining a successful business relationship for at least one year, we may revise the payment terms to CAD or another mutually agreed method. All quoted prices are based on FOB unless otherwise specified.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Minimum Order Quantity applies to all orders. For general surgical instruments, the MOQ is 100 pieces. For specialized instruments, the MOQ will be determined on a case-to-case basis. Orders below the required MOQ will not be entertained.

Delivery Time

For items not in stock, the standard delivery time is approximately 60–90 days, depending on the order size and instrument type. This period can be significantly reduced once you become a regular client and we maintain customer-specific inventory at our facility.

Guarantee

All instruments come with a three-year guarantee against rust, corrosion, pitting, or any other manufacturing defects.
